1. What is the MOQ? What is the charge USD300.00 handling charge?

Our Minimum Order Quantity is USD10000 per order. This amount may include a variety of products that are available from our catalog. We understand there may be cases when the MOQ cannot be met. Therefore a USD300 handling fee can help us offset the handling fees, shipping fees and various bank charges that are involved with each shipment and transaction.

2. What is your production lead time? Why is it so long??

All of our products are made to order and we try not to keep anything in stock. Therefore production lead time will depend on the product range and the quantity.
Products involving extensive manual labor such as mannequins will take longer than plastic injection items. The average lead time for mannequin is about 65-75 days after confirm of order. The average lead time for sundry item is about 45-55 days after confirm of order.

3. Your prices are based on FOB Hong Kong, but can I ship out of China instead?

Our office is located in Hong Kong and our production facilities are located in Dongguan, China. Our factory license allows us to export out of China only. As long as your order can fill one container, we are happy to make shipping arrangements exporting directly out of China.
There are cases when our customers wish to consolidate with shipments from other factories. In these cases, we will not be able to accommodate since the shipment is not exported under our license.

4. Why are your products so expensive? I can get it cheaper somewhere else~!

The determining factor on pricing is the quality of the material used and the quantity produced per production run. In order to meet the demands on a professional salon on a day to day basis, our products are made of the highest quality material possible with the highest standards. However, being able to produce a large lot of the same product will dramatically reduce the cost of production. Therefore, we strongly encourage our customers to order larger quantities so they can enjoy the discounts we are able to provide.

We have served the hair beauty industry for more than 45 years and we strive on providing the most innovative, quality products to the industry. Our team in Hong Kong is ready to help, answer, and assist in any request our customers may have. The factory stands behind every shipment and are always responsible to any product defects and damages.

5. What is your packaging & carton information?

Since all of our products are made to order, our customers often specify their packaging and carton information according to their needs. If the customer does not have any specifications, the factory will use a standardized carton for the product.

6. Can you provide MSDS/Reach certificates?

Yes we can! We can provide different certificates or conformities when needed. Please let us know what you need and we will do our best to satisfy them.

7. Where did you get all the human hair??

The human hair we source are collected ethically from India, Indonesia and China.
Hair is boiled in hot water for 4-6 hours, then rinsed in clear water. The hair is then placed into an acid bath for 10-20 minutes, and neutralized with sodium hydroxide. After rinsing out with clear water, the hair then goes through another bath of hydrogen peroxide with ammonia, and again washed with clear water. Finally the hair is shampooed, conditioned, and air dried naturally to prepare for implantation.

8. The wood/bamboo look different/inconsistent from the samples!

Wood and Bamboo are natural substances. Different types of wood and bamboo, as well as individual plants within any given type, may vary in texture, color, thickness, and density. Wood also responds to temperature and humidity variations by expanding and contracting. Sometimes these changes may be noticeable in the physical appearance of the product.

9. Why do the samples takes so long to produce?

We understand the importance of seeing, touching and trying the product before an order is placed. We try our very best to provide samples.
The most time consuming samples are the ones that requests specific colors with logos. Often in these cases the production run of the product is halted to make specific samples. The new mark or logo stamp has to be made and all procedures are tedious and time consuming. We appreciate our customers' patience and understanding in these situations.

10. I need something that is not in the catalog, can you make it?

Yes we can! Although we have a very extensive catalog, we also have a very large collection of products that are OEM or collaborations with other companies. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
